Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival
Hawai‘i Agricultural Foundation's Executive Director Denise Yamaguchi teamed up with Hawai‘i's own James Beard Award-winning chefs Roy Yamaguchi and Alay Wong to co-found the Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival in 2011. HFWF highlights the state's bounty of local produce, seafood, beef and poultry with exclusive dining experiences and wine tastings during the fall on O‘ahu, Maui and Hawai‘i Island. Beneficiaries include the Hawai‘i Agricultural Foundation and the University of Hawai‘i's culinary programs.
